Dr. Malak Azab, PT, DPT, TPI CGFI, CKTP
Dr. Malak Azab has been practicing physical therapy since 1995 and is a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Widener University, one of the first in the country to offer a Clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy. In 2004, he founded his private practice, proudly serving the
Centereach, NY, and Ridge, NY communities.
With advanced training in myofascial release, joint mobilization, and therapeutic massage, Dr. Azab specializes in treating neck and back pain, arthritis, shoulder and knee conditions, and sports injuries. He has also conducted research on accelerated rehabilitation for post-surgical ACL patients, presenting his work nationally.
In addition to physical therapy, Dr. Azab is a Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner and a Titleist Performance Institute Certified Golf Fitness Instructor, specializing in golf-related injuries and biomechanics.
Beyond his career, Dr. Azab enjoys cycling, soccer, fishing, and participating in sports with his family. He is also a Deacon in his church and holds a Master’s Degree in Divinity from Holy Sofia University
